Since a young girl, I have adored old musicals from the 1940s/50s. I guess you could call me old-fashioned. I was thrilled when I found out there were so many bloggers who felt the same way I did. The music, movies, fashion and hairstyles of the 40s intrigue me. I get a kick out of trying to replicate the era gone-by in my home decor and personal style. 

I feel so blessed to be able to be a stay home wife. Spending time at home is my favorite place to be especially when I can spend it with my husband and our three birds. My husband, Harrison, is extremely supportive of my crafty whims and is constantly teasing me of my growing yarn and fabric collection.

Currently, we are in the process of adopting. We are so excited and cant wait to hold that precious baby.
